L'avis de la Fnac "Mystery Whiteboy" offre un généreux aperçu des derniers concerts de feu Jeff Buckley lors de sa tournée marathon de 1995-96 et constitue le premier véritable témoignage live (près d'une heure et demie !) des miracles soniques effectués par cet artiste flamboyant disparu prématurément. Au programme de ce testament en public, les grands titres ayant jalonné une carrière aussi courte que foudroyante, mais aussi trois compositions inédites ("I Woke Up In A Strange Place", "What Will You Say, Mood Swing Whiskey") et quatre reprises, dont trois inédites, "Kanga Roo" de Big Star, "The Man That Got Away", chanson popularisée par Judy Garland et "I Know It's Over" des Smiths, conjuguée au fameux "Hallelujah" de Leonard Cohen. Bref, que de l'indispensable.
